人权理事会将于5月27日星期四举行特别会议，讨论“包括东耶路撒冷在内的巴勒斯坦被占领土的严重人权状况”
人权理事会将于5月27日星期四举行特别会议，讨论“包括东耶路撒冷在内的巴勒斯坦被占领土的严重人权状况”。
特别会议是在星期三晚些时候由巴基斯坦作为伊斯兰合作组织协调员和巴勒斯坦国联合提交的正式请求后召开的。到目前为止，它得到了63个国家的支持。
会议将进行网络直播，并将于5月27日上午10点开始在万国宫18号会议室以混合虚拟形式举行。由于采取应对COVID-19的措施，大部分发言将在网上进行。
为了召开特别会议，需要安理会47个成员国中的三分之一，即16个及以上成员国的支持。这一请求迄今得到下列安理会成员国（20个）的支持：巴林、孟加拉国、玻利维亚、布基纳法索、中国、科特迪瓦、古巴、厄立特里亚、加蓬、印度尼西亚、利比亚、毛里塔尼亚、墨西哥、纳米比亚、巴基斯坦、塞内加尔、索马里、苏丹、乌兹别克斯坦和委内瑞拉。
下列观察员国（43个）也支持这项请求：阿富汗、阿尔巴尼亚、阿尔及利亚、阿塞拜疆、贝宁、文莱达鲁萨兰国、乍得、科摩罗、吉布提、埃及、冈比亚、几内亚、几内亚比绍、圭亚那、伊朗伊斯兰共和国、伊拉克、约旦、哈萨克斯坦、科威特、吉尔吉斯斯坦、黎巴嫩、马来西亚、马尔代夫、马里、摩洛哥、莫桑比克、尼日尔、尼日利亚、阿曼、卡塔尔、沙特阿拉伯、塞拉利昂、南非、苏里南、叙利亚、塔吉克斯坦、突尼斯、土耳其、土库曼斯坦、乌干达、阿拉伯联合酋长国、也门和巴勒斯坦国。
签署国名单在特别会议召开之前仍然开放。因此，上述国家名单将被视为暂定名单。
关于本届特别会议，理事会将于5月25日星期二下午2时召开一次组织会议，届时将宣布关于特别会议的具体细节及其情况。这次会议也将是公开的，并将进行网络直播。
这将是人权理事会第三十届特别会议。上一次是在年2月举行的关于缅甸危机的人权影响的会议。

TheHumanRightsCouncilwillholdaspecialsessiontoaddress“thegravehumanrightssituationintheOccupiedPalestinianTerritory,includingEastJerusalem”onThursday,27May.
ThespecialsessionisbeingconvenedfollowinganofficialrequestsubmittedlateWednesdayjointlybyPakistan,asCoordinatoroftheOrganizationofIslamicCooperation,andtheStateofPalestine.Itissupportedby63Statessofar.
Themeetingwillbewebcastliveandwilltakeplacestarting10a.m.on27MayinahybridvirtualformatatthePalaisdesNationsinroom18.DuetoCOVID-19measures,themajorityofinterventionswillbedeliveredonline.
Inorderforaspecialsessiontobeconvened,thesupportofone-thirdofthe47membersoftheCouncil–16ormore-isrequired.ThisrequestissofarsupportedbythefollowingStatesmembersoftheCouncil(20):Bahrain,Bangladesh,Bolivia,BurkinaFaso,China,C?ted’Ivoire,Cuba,Eritrea,Gabon,Indonesia,Libya,Mauritania,Mexico,Namibia,Pakistan,Senegal,Somalia,Sudan,UzbekistanandVenezuela.

Inconnectionwiththisspecialsession,theCouncilwillconveneanorganisationalmeetingonTuesday,25Mayat2p.m.whenspecificdetailsonthespecialsessionanditsscenariowillbeannounced.Thismeetingwillalsobepublicandwillbewebcast.
ThiswillbethethirtiethspecialsessionoftheHumanRightsCouncil.ThelastonewasheldinFebruaryonthehumanrightsimplicationsofthecrisisinMyanmar.
